Refund and Returns Policy

We do not offer any exchange or return option on any of the products sold by spirital.in . By making a purchase, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy . Refunds or exchanges will be only possible in extreme case if the item is delivered in broken condition, to verify that the item was received in the broken state and not broken by mishandling of customers themselves we require a video proof of the unboxing of the item hence we recommend customers to make a video while unboxing the items , failing to do so we might not be able to accept the refund or exchange requests if any item is received in broken condition by the customer.

In case the item is received in broken condition and the same has been verified by unboxing video then the customer will be first provided with an exchange and same product will be provided to the customer at no additional cost after we receive back the broken item/article from the customer , only if we do not have the same product in our stock then only a full refund shall be provided after deducting the initial delivery fee that was added to the cost of product when the product was ordered from spirital.in and refund will be credited back to the customer only after we receive the broken item back from the customer , if a coupon code was used and delivery was free then of course no delivery charges will be deducted in case of a full refund.

Return policy

In case the item is received in broken condition and the same has been verified by the unboxing video then customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning their item back to us .

If a customer receive an exchange the cost of shipping for sending back the broken items to us(spirital.in) shall be borne by the customers & not spirital.in.

If a customer receive a full refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from their refund unless customer got free shipping by using a coupon code.

Depending on where customer lives, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach the customer may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item as if the product is lost in transit by your shipping provider then we shall not be responsible for it.

Also note that we reserve our right to change our refund , return and exchange policy at any time we deem fit and it shall be binding on all our customers.
