Shipping policy

Spirital Shipping policy – We ship the orders through our third party shipping partner Shiprocket , the details or the orders are automatically shared to Shiprocket where we choose a shipping carrier as per the requirement , product size & weight , we try to ship orders the same business day they are received but pickup of orders are not in our hands and depends upon the shipping carrier hence we can’t promise same day shipping from our end , generally order will reach you in 1-2 business day if you are stationed in or around Lucknow area , for other areas around Uttar Pradesh or around the country in any state generally 3-7 days shall be the time period but potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems are of course outside of our control.

Domestic shipping rates –

Our domestic shipping rates are as follows –

For Uttar Pradesh – 40 Rs /- +GST

For Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Delhi – 75 Rs. /- + GST

For all other states not covered above – 100 Rs. /- + GST

International Shipping

Currently we do not offer International shipping and don’t accept payments other than in Indian national Rupee.

Service area

Our shipping policy states that there is no restriction on shipping of items in any zone of the country – India , if the area where delivery is to be made is unserviceable by any shipping carrier it’s out of our hands.

Policy on lost packages

As per our shipping policy if any package shipped from our end is lost while in transit then the responsibility of the lost package lies on the shipping carrier and us , customer will be issued a full refund in case a parcel is lost which was shipped from our end , if a customer returns an order as per our refund and replacement policy and the package is lost during the transit then responsibility of such loss lies on the customer and their shipping partner.
